Manufacturing Process

Die Casting

We have the ability to provide products made by gravity die casting coupled with a completely finished component that is duly machined & performed surface treatment. We also have our own foundry that is TS:16949 certified.

Investment Casting

We Offer investment castings in different sizes ranging from 15 gms single piece weight to 65 kgs single piece weight.

We can also get tooling developed on behalf of the customers, irrespective of their requirement whether big or small.

Centrifugal Casting

Molding Process:
We are supplying centrifugal casting in proof machined condition or in completely finished condition in accordance with the client's demands. Proof machined condition is applied specially to to gear manufacturers & bearing manufacturers.
